This development connects the backyards of all of the lots by a lake which is where the name of this residence comes from, but this contemporary home has plenty of things going for it other than its placement. It has just under 2,400 square feet of living spaces completely open inside and an emphasized connection the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas in the back.
